"Technical and practical orientation of the children at senior primary grades has not been recently observed at schools in the Czech Republic despite the demands of practice. Requirements coming from secondary schools and technical universities with increasing urgency too. Members the Department of Pedagogical and School Psychology at the University of Ostrava in cooperation with the Methodological and Evaluation Centre (MEC) therefore created a system diagnostics for so gifted students and then their other verifiable support and development. Research and applications have brought many interesting ideas. For example, we obtained information that showed the difference at performance of technical activities at students by gender. Paper summarizes some practical activities and of the newly defined theoretical models this attractive, but the unexplored research on the field of the talent and offers possible ways of their efficient utilization."@en .
