Elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA) allowed us to study H presence in addition to the basic constituent atoms (Ag, As, S) in films. The mu-XRF spectroscopy and SEM with EDX analysis showed that the films were stoichiometric with a composition of AgAsS2. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has proven the similarities of thermal parameters such as glass transition temperature, T-g, and crystallization temperature T-c between spin-coated films and bulk glass of AgAsS2."@en . .
