This strong nonlinearity is often source of computational difficulties. Our presentation will describe an application of the FETI method to solution of such contact problems in 3D. In addition to the non-linearity caused by the contact between the bodies, we will also consider another non-linearity, namely the large displacements and an algorithm for solution of such problems will be proposed.
