Structures with GABU (gamma aminobutyric acid), and analogues where C3 was replaced with O or SO2 group, and one of a double length i.e. nonanoic acid were modelled. The results of the study indicate that inserts with restricted conformational variability are favourable for the maintaining of the extended conformation." . . .
