"Nanoparticles with very narrow size distribution are in interest for many scientific departments. Standard materials in nanoscale form obtain new and unique properties. Preparation of such fine nanoparticles in large scale is complicated. Agglomeration, coagulation, sintering, etc. take place during industrial preparation. These phenomena increase the final size distribution or morphology and so decrease the quality. We present in this contribution the electrospraying as a suitable method for very fine nanoparticles preparation and deposition. This method excels in the low costs of all apparatus parts, simplicity of nanoparticles preparation and ability to prepare wide range of nanoparticles from 5 to 1000 nm with narrow distribution.
