"I would present the basic principles and methodology of strategic analysis and its implementation in practice, concretely for a company acting in the brewing industry. I started with identification of an external environment with PEST analysis. Next part of the paper will be analyzed an internal environment. There will be the most significant powers and players (competitors) in the branch detected. In the end I summarize the outputs with SWOT analysis and I try to formulate the competition advantage for company and possible direction of progress for future.
