The protein content in colostrum is increased especially in higher concentrations of immunoglobulin's, which have a major influence on the development of immunity. Determination of immunoglobulin can be done by various methods. Large potential for the determination of immunoglobulins has radial immunodiffusion, which represents a simple method based on the interaction between immunoglobulin antibodies coupled to agarose gel RID kit. For the determination of immunoglobulins is suitable use as SDS- PAGE electrophoresis, which proved to be a suitable method for identifying the immunoglobulin's arbitration and has a promising potential for quantification of the protein. Rapid analysis of samples of colostrum immunoglobulin content in terms of the determination of density, which significantly correlated (quotient determination 95 %) containing immunoglobulin's.
