"Dietary supplements in recent years become an important part of health care consumer, their consumption also has a wide range of long-term growing character. The positive influence of active ingredients of food supplements may be adversely affected by the presence of potentially toxic substances, such as. Microscopic fungi secondary metabolites - mycotoxins, but pesticide residues or pyrrolizidinov\u00FDch alkaloids, whose determination was the subject of this study. For the vast majority of these contaminants for food supplements, with the exception of pesticides in herbal teas are not yet established legislative limits, for this reason, this issue has not yet been given sufficient attention. The aim of this study is the application of advanced multi-detection of the analytical method for the determination of a broad spectrum of contaminants (389 compounds) in 84 samples of commercially available supplements vegetable origin. For this purpose, the connection was used an ultra-efficient high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-U-HRMS / MS). A total of 64 analytes was detected (17%), 15 of mycotoxins (23%), 6 pyrrolizidinov\u00FDch alkaloids (55%) and 43 pesticides (13%). Of the examined group of 84 samples were only 5 affordable any contamination. Among the most disturbing achievements include the judgment of the herbicide MCPA high contamination in the sample herb\u00E1ln\u00EDho tea, which exceeded the maximum residue limit of approximately 58 times, then a total exceeding the maximum residue limits for pesticides in six other cases.
