"The aim was to create a computing environment for frequently used multivariate analysis of spectra in the near and mid-infrared - cluster analysis (HCA ) and principal component analysis ( PCA) , which would not require previous time-consuming manual adjustments spectra , while allowing easy and rapid changes in the conditions of analysis gave a clear graphical outputs. The combination of this software implementation multivariate analysis, together with the determination of the basic parameters of products using infrared spectroscopy could provide a very powerful operating on- line method for assessing the quality of sorting and jelly . To implement the algorithms were selected Matlab ? , it created scripts for automated processing of the measured infrared spectra analysis and visualization of results . Jelly samples were analyzed by conventional laboratory methods. Based on this set of key parameters , namely dry matter and carbohydrates , successful calibration of the spectrometer."@en .
