Possible solution is butanol removal and isolation from fermentation medium during their production. For separation of butanol from cultivation medium except traditional distillation are promising methods: gas stripping, extraction, adsorption, pervaporation, pertraction and reversal osmosis. The aim of this work is a removal of butanol with gas stripping. We determined KLa in a range from 5,76*10-6 s-1 to 2,24*10-5 and gas stripping rate of 1-butanol from 0,04 g.L-1h-1 to 1,87 g.L-1h-1 for 1-butanol concentration from 2 g.L-1 to 50 g.L-1."@en .
