Application of pesticide products has become an indispensable means of intensifying agricultural production, because it provides higher yields, reducing losses in storage and very often reflected in the nutritional, sensory and technological quality of products. However, even under conditions of good agricultural practices, and often pesticide residues are present in the final product. Recently, mainly from consumers placed increasing demands on the production of high quality and healthy products in particular, leading to the minimization of pesticide residues.
