"This work was focused on a determination of an antibacterial activity of 144 lactic acid bacteria isolated from delicacy products and raw material used for their preparation. Only three strains (EN3, EN14 and EN15) out of this collection showed the antibacterial activity. According to the phenotypical identification they were classified as Enterococcus genus. These three strains inhibited the indicator strains Lbc. sakei DMF3017 and lactobacilli (heterofermentative isolates from delicacy products and strains of czech and foreign collections of microorganisms). They showed activity also against lactococci, Bacillus sp. and the strain EN3 inhibited also Listeria monocytogenes."@en .
