The station is based on tubular ceramic membranes TAMI and can be operated under microfiltration, ultrafiltration or nanofiltration conditions at maximal pressure 1.6 MPa and maximal temperature 80 \u00B0C. Filtration area is 0,02 m2. Cheese whey was concentrated three times using 15, 50, 150, 300 kDa, 0,14 #m and 1,4 #m membranes. Retentiom coefficient for pure protein varied from 5.1 to 100.0 %, permeate flux from 28.7 to 1486 Lm-2h-1.
