"Electric melting of some kinds of glass melts has many advantages again the melting by gas and therefore is used permanently in operation. Even if many theoretical and practical experiences are available about electric melting through that is this kind of melting the subject of research projects. Research methods of the study of all-electric melting furnaces are the methods of modelling, especially the mathematical modelling. The evaluation of results from the modelling execute by means of criterions which have been proposed for this propose. It is concerned the criterions electrical and nonelectrical. The operation of all-electric melting furnace with the pull 2 tonnes/day has been evaluated in this contribution in which two kinds of glass melt are melted.
