"In this contribution we report on the practical use of ZnO layers as possible photo-sensitive catalysts. Thin layers of ZnO possess useful properties such as UV light cutter, specific conductivity and specific thermal behavior. The main aim of this paper is to explain and theoretically describe the behavior of produced layers of ZnO using surfatron in manners of conductivity, photo-chemical properties, structure and preparation.
