Pro odhad difuzn\u00EDch koeficient\u016F (fitov\u00E1n\u00EDm experiment\u00E1ln\u00EDch dat) byl vyvinut matematick\u00FD model sorpce s difuz\u00ED do \u010D\u00E1stice. Model se skl\u00E1d\u00E1 z rovnic kontinuity, kter\u00E9 \u00FAst\u00ED v syst\u00E9m parci\u00E1ln\u00EDch diferenci\u00E1ln\u00EDch a oby\u010Dejn\u00FDch diferenci\u00E1ln\u00EDch rovnic. Transport and sorption of light hydrocarbons (propane, n-butane, isobutane) in the zeolite ZSM-5 was examined by the tapered element oscillating microbalance (TEOM). Within the TEOM the mass change of a vibrating tube, caused due to the adsorption of a gas on a zeolite sample, is determined by frequency measurements. The TEOM can be used not only for steady measurements, from which the total amount adsorbed at particular condition can be obtained, but also for transient uptake and desorption measurements, from which is possible to get the diffusivities.
