"The new developed membranes based on sufonated poly(2,6?dimethyl?1,4?phenylenoxide) (PPO) crosslinked with poly(2?butylaniline) (PBA) or poly[2,2'?(m?phenylen)?5,5'?bibenzimidazole] (PBI) for mechanical stability improvement were studied. The ionic conductivities and values of diffusional coeffitients were determined. The ionic conductivity was obtained from experimentally found value of resistance, which was determined by method of electrochemical impedance spectrosopy in four-electrode setup. The values of diffusional coeffitients were determined by study of ion exchange of H+ a Na+ ions in membranes. The model of coupled diffusion and results of conductivity measurements were used for evaluation of experimental data. It was found the conductivity of membranes based on PPO is similar or better compared to commercial Nafion type membranes. The membranes with 10 % content of PBI seem to be perspective."@en . . .
