Firstly, after closing down the mine, the basic function of landscape is re-established. The sociological point of view is during these first steps of reclamation often neglected. However, we should take into account, that environmental and sociological point of view is quite closely associated with each other. Regions, that were touched by mining for a long time need to bring its inhabitants finally better living conditions and they should also offer tourists, general public or even students wide range of places of interest connected with former mining and history of the area. These places of interest can serve for further education of mentioned groups, but they can also attract tourists.
