"Sewage sludge appears to be an important source of mobile phosphorus (P) in soils. However, there are only few studies dedicated to measurement of other P compounds in soil after application of this fertilizer. Total soil phosphorus and rezidual phosphorus were estimated in this experiment. Experimental fields in Humpolec, Lukavec and Hn\u011Bv\u010Deves were chosen for this evaluating. Potatoes, winter wheat and spring barley were grown in three crop rotation. Soil samples were analyzed using the DL-NaOH extraction for total P and the aqua regia extract for rezidual P.The highest content of total phosphorus (Ptot) were found in soils with potatoes wheat and barley fertilized with 720 kg P.ha-1 (in sewage sludge). The content of Ptot in soil were 1204 mg P.kg-1, 940 mg P.kg-1 and 959 mg P.kg-1 respectively. Similar results were obtained with aqua regia extracts.
