"The effect of three increased levels of cadmium (0, 30, 60 and 90 mg Cd.kg-1 soil) on spinach full leaves developed metabolism was investigated in a pot experiment. The method of sequential fractionation of spinach biomass was used for explanation of the behavior of cadmium in plant cells as well as the behavior of important substances under plant stress metabolism depended on stress level. Our previous results showed the wide IR spectrum of substances in methanol+H2O+HCl fraction. For this reason the isolated fraction was dissolved in H2O and repeatedly shaken with n-butanol. After elimination of wide spectrum of substances extracted by n-butanol spectra in H2O fraction were determined. The spinach treatments stressed by increased levels of cadmium showed as dominant IR spectra band 1317-1320 cm-1 and this band of treatments strongly contaminated was more intensive in contrast to control treatment and Cd1 treatment. Weight of H2O fraction and Cd concentration in it increased in dependence on cadmium"@cs . . "P(GA104/07/0977), Z(MSM6046070901)" . "[DB6FEE2C9576]" . . "978-3-902465-72-6" . "1"^^ .
