Phytohormones were applied through the leaves or through the roots closely before induce of water stress. PN and E were measured by gas exchange system LCA-4 before the application of phytohormones (0d), 3 days (3sd) and then 4sd, 7sd, 8sd and 11rd after application. A marked decrease of PN on the average value 7,67 \u00B1 0,61 \u00B5mol CO2 m-2 s-1 in comparison with the value 13,34 \u00B1 1,06, that was measured at the beginning of experiment before the application of ABA, was recorded 8. day after application through the roots. Similarly in this term it came to decrease of E on the average value 0,82 \u00B1 0,11 mmol H2O m-2 s-1 in comparison with the value 1,58 \u00B1 0,46 mmol H2O m-2 s-1, that was measured before the application of ABA.
