ASV is applied especially for detection of low contents of heavy metals in soils, in this case cadmium. The cadmium ion concentration (measured with ASV) was compared with cadmium total concentration (measured with GF-AAS). The samples were obtained by Diffusive Gradient in Thin-film (DGT) technique.
