"The plant production physiology applies modern methodical instruments by which it is possible to monitor dynamism of physiological processes during the plant vegetation, to specify and to quantify selected environmental limit factors influencing the plant production processes. The research methods - the isotopic method with the use of stable nitrogen isotope 15N, the gas-exchange techniques with the physiological parameter monitoring and the combustion calorimetry - are only a part of possible experimental methods applied in physiology of production process of plants. Nevertheless, these modern physiological methods provide a creditable information about the influence of various agroecological factors on the growth and the metabolism of plants.
