"The paper evaluates the influence of material factors in the formation of exfoliation corrosion attack of superheater internal surfaces. Originally used non-stabilized austenitic creep resisting steel X6CrNiMo17-13-2 - 1.4918 (according \u010CSN 17 341) does not meet the requirements on oxidation resistance < 150 \u00B5m oxides for the proposed service life and corrosion resistance of < 1 mm / 105 hrs at temperature of 600 - 650 \u00B0C. Increase the resistance is mainly due to rising concentrations of chromium, austenitic steels stabilization Nb or Ti, and increase the stability of nickel austenitic phase as well as nitrogen. Based on original steels 347H and 304H new steels HFG (Fain Grained) and HSB or HSP (Shot Blasted or Shot Peened) were developed.
