"This article focuses on a class climate considering specifics of education in the field of security and deals with theoretical definition of climate in the classroom and at the school in the concept of Czech and foreign authors. This article names some ways, how the classroom climate and the school climate can be formed and optimized. From our point of view, the classroom climate is understood as a variant of overall school climate. Among examples of other variants, there are the school climate itself, organizational climate, teaching staff climate or education climate, that have irreplaceable position within either general education concept or specifically in the fulfillment of specific conditions of safety training. We also mentioned another important point, which is a motivation. Motivation is a result of specific interaction between student and teacher, between colleagues, depends on subject matter but it is also influenced by actual mood, class climate, school climate, field of study or society in general. These all have direct impact on education in general, safety training included."@en .
