"The aim of this study was to assess the effect of pesticide on base triazine on enzyme first phase detoxication xenobiotic (cytochrome P450 and ethoxyresorufin-Odeethylase EROD). In acute test was testing preparation Sencor 70 WG (active substance 70% metribuzin) on rainbow trout and carp common in concentration 89,3 mg/l and 250,2 mg/l. Was establishment inhibitory influence Sencor 70 WG on activities EROD and content of the total cytochrome P450 by rainbow trout. Average activity EROD and content cytochrome P450 was in control group 35,17 +/- 17,64 pmol/mine/mg protein and 0,14 +/- 0,13 pmol/mine/mg protein.
