"The development of business goes hand in hand with the society development and the business success is still more and more perceived as going at the expense of the public at large. New century brought a lot of concepts, which support success of business linked with support of society under label of sustainability that allows to satisfy needs of current generations without disabling of this privilege to the future generations. Strongly promote direction is corporate social responsibility, which is currently rather perceived as social sustainability and responsibility. Newly promote direction is creating shared value, which perceive sustainability in solving of social problems as business opportunities. The aim of this paper is to describe selected directions of sustainability in strategic management; corporate social responsibility and creating shared value, compare them in point of view of basic characteristic, application in business practice and on the basic of their link suggest scheme of key elements and relations for application in business practice. Despite certain differences it is important to perceive concepts of corporate social responsibility and creating shared value in terms of what they have with a joint, what can bring long prosperity to the business as it is summarized in the designed scheme in this paper."@en . . .
