Brownfields v Jiho\u010Desk\u00E9m kraji jsme hodnotili ze t\u0159ech \u00FAhl\u016F pohledu (z hlediska obce, investora a ve\u0159ejn\u00E9ho z\u00E1jmu). Celkem bylo hodnoceno 32 brownfield objekt\u016F. V\u00FDchoz\u00ED datab\u00E1ze pro proveden\u00ED evaluace byla studie pro lokalizaci brownfields na \u00FAzem\u00ED Jiho\u010Desk\u00E9ho kraje z roku 2009. Model aplikovan\u00FD na Jiho\u010Desk\u00FD kraj byl zalo\u017Een\u00FD na 21 parametrech. Interpretace parametr\u016F byla upravena dle m\u00EDstn\u00EDch specifik, s ohledem na dostupnost dat. Z pohledu investora nejv\u00EDce brownfields (23) dos\u00E1hlo 16-23 bod\u016F, maj\u00EDc\u00ED vhodnou polohu, dobrou dosa\u017Eitelnost, bez regulativ \u00FAzemn\u011B pl\u00E1novac\u00ED dokumentace a dostupnost pracovn\u00EDch sil. Situace z pohledu ve\u0159ejn\u00E9ho z\u00E1jmu je odli\u0161n\u00E1, preferovan\u00E9 jsou brownfields (22) s 1-5 body. "Regeneration of brownfields in developed countries is perceived as a complex process of changes of the entire society and landscape. It does not include only various social, economic and ecological aspects, but also the entire look and management of the area. Methods or tools for regeneration of landscape are used for territorially various areas, and thus it is necessary to judge this issue globally in all relations. The objective of this research was to apply the German model evaluation of brownfields for the conditions of South Bohemia, based on which we would be able to perform evaluation of brownfields from three frames of reference (from the point of view of a municipality, investor and public interest). Altogether, 32 brownfields were assessed. The study for localization of brownfields in South Bohemia from the year 2009 was the initial database for the performance of evaluation. The model applied in South Bohemia was based on 21 parameters. The interpretation of parameters was modified according to the local specifics, with respect to data availability. From the point of view of a municipality, the most preferred are brownfields (21) with specific character, achieving 11-16 points. They are sufficiently large, suitable traffic and technical infrastructure. From the point of view of an investor, the most brownfields (23) achieved 12-23 points and they are well located, easy to reach, without regulations set by the area planning documentation and available workforce. The situation from the point of view of public interest is different. The most preffered are brownfields (22) with 1-5 points. Their regeneration does not cause big changes in the surroundings, does not significantly affect density of traffic, does not pollute environment and does not change local climate.
