"In this article we are going to compare self-reflection in a school subject called %22Growth of personality by the means of dramatic improvisation%22, that students of the University of South Bohemia can sign in. The course time range is one semester, which means approximately 12 lessons of active teaching. The criterion of the comparison mentioned above will be different assistants. The greatest emphasis will be put on current practice in assisting. Materials collected by Stanislav Suda (15 years experience), Josef Nota (5 years experience) and Magdalena Markov\u00E1 (1 year experience) will be compared. The main depicted topics will be feelings of shame, relaxation, reflection of inner partners, lesson evaluation within the atmosphere, the assistant and the sense of dialogical acting. We will also focus on the absence of topics that appear in self-reflection among assistants with a longer practice and topics that are not present in materials of beginning assistant, or vice versa. Methodologically this comparison is a case study in which the coding method is used. Furthermore, in the article subjective experience of a beginning assistant will be mentioned with the attempt to analyze appearing questions and problems associated with a lack of experience."@en . .
