There were two methods of deposition ? constant flow of reactive gas (oxygen) during the deposition and so called RGPP (Reactive Gas Pulsing Process). One of the most important part of the aparatus was mechanismus developed for the inclination of the substrate platform to the flow of sputtered particles and for the platform rotation. Due to this system we achieved four unique types of thin films architecture- straight columns (to substrate), incline columns, zig zag and helical. The goal of our work was to show dependence of photocatalytic activity on the type of the structure, the deposition method and a thickness of a layer.
