"Objective: The ability of teachers related to their individual reference-norm orientation to reduce anxiety and fear of failure was assessed in twelve elementary women teachers. All of them have taught their classes (285 pupils aged ten in total) in the Southern part of the Czech Republic. Method: Rheinberg\u00B4s Questionnaire for Determining Reference-Norm Orientation (German FEBO; cf. Rheinberg, 1980, 2001). On the basis of the above mentioned questionnaire for teachers, the sample was divided (according to individual reference-norm) on the basis of median.
