Prvn\u00ED rychl\u00E1 f\u00E1ze poklesu byla zp\u016Fsobena okam\u017Eitou mineralizac\u00ED 13C (obrat 1,1 dne), druh\u00E1 pomalej\u0161\u00ED f\u00E1ze odpov\u00EDdala obratu mikrobn\u00ED biomasy (3,4 dne). Takto rychl\u00FD obrat biomasy je srovnateln\u00FD r\u016Fstov\u00FDmi parametry mikroorganism\u016F po p\u0159\u00EDdavku substr\u00E1tu, co\u017E indikuje, \u017Ee r\u016Fst mikroorganism\u016F v rhizosf\u00E9\u0159e nen\u00ED limitov\u00E1n dostupnost\u00ED C.
