"The aim of this study was to evaluate the production and the dynamics of the components of sheep's milk from the breed Original Valachian. Number of sheep was average 53 pieces. Sampling was realized from April to August in 28-35 daily intervals. The lambs were weaned 12 hours before milking (ET method). Randomly another 18 ewes were selected for comparison of monitoring performance. Ewes were milked twice a day (method A4) weaned lambs aged 75 days. Samples were collected at 14 day intervals. It was found different correlations depending on the stage of lactation and on the applied method. The results of the dynamic of production and of content components were more strongly correlated in regular milking. It was found a constant value of fat content in regular daily milking and fat was very poorly correlated in comparison with rearing lambs."@en . "12220" .
