"In years 2008 - 2009 in Lukavec location (a private farm) small-parcel experiments were established to study natural occurrence of pathogenic fungi on wheat grain within the organic and conventional farming systems. Wheat seed material of varieties Ebi and Meritto had been sown into ground naturally contaminated with the mentioned Fusarium genus fungi and consequently health condition of the plants was monitored during the vegetation season. Within the time of this experimental study following results were recorded. The most frequent occurrence of microfungi affecting wheat grain storability fall on Fusarium poae species. Presence of other species F. oxysporum, F. graminearum, F. culmorum, F. avenaceum and F.tricinctum was recorded to a lesser extent. Futher in conditions (in vitro) was monitored occurrence of Alternaria and Penicillium species. Within the period of this study grain analyses for DON (deoxynivalenol) content did not prove excessive values. Surface microbial analyses of grains after" . . "Štočková, Lenka" .
