Production equipment is formed by a technological line consisting of a milling for separating bran, which is before a flaking mill for flaking of oat grits and production of nutritionally modified oat flakes with a decreased content of beta glucanes, after which is an extractor vessel with a filter and centrifuge, ultrasound disintegrator and vacuum drying kiln for isolation of oat starch, oat protein and beta glucane. After the milling, an autoclave and a distilling column for production and cleaning of fural are included.
