Equipment for manufacturing of oat curds is formed by a technological line consisting of a milling for separating bran, it is coat parts of grains, which is before a flaking mill for flaking of oat grits and production of nutritionally modified oat flakes with a decreased content of beta glucanes, after which is an extractor vessel with a filter and centrifuge, ultrasound disintegrator and vacuum drying kiln for isolation of oat starch, oat protein and beta glucane, and after the extraction vessel a mixer of oat curds is included. The main advantage of oat curds according to the technical solution consist in, that it presents a new product not containing lactose nor casein, and it is suitable for persons which are allergic to these compounds.
