These crops can contribute to improve the agrobiodiverzity on arable land and diversification of well-balanced diet products in the market. Availability of the alternative crop products may positively affect commercial and export value of the production as well as help to improve economical and ecological situation of the farming subjects. In addition to new alternative crops buckwheat and millet as the traditional %22Slavonic crops%22 are used. Both these crops can be similarly utilized though they differ from each other as far as the botanical and agronomical aspect is considered.
