"Technogenic soil compaction is one of the factors limiting sustainable farming on agriculturally largescale used land. In medium-term field trial in period of five years structural soil profile status and its possible compaction were studied in no-tillage and conventional technology by determination Or and Pc in three depths, and by measurement penetromeric soil resistance. The work resulted in findings: there was better soil structural status at plough in layer 0.05 - 0.2 m (first two depths of sampling), while in depth of 0.25 - 0.3 m the structural status was comparable in both technologies or possibly better at no-tillage variant. The same is truth also for observed similar trend at penetrometric measurements of soil compaction. Structural soil status was generally better in spring in contrary to autumn, when besides soil tillage technology soil structure was influenced also by frost effect."@en .
