"Some chosen soil organic matter properties have been observed in the specific large area experiment (chernozem - Gross Enzersdorf) and in the medium-term field experiment (cambisol - Studen\u00E1). There have been compared two technologies - minimum tillage (MT) and conventional tillage (CT) by determination of total carbon (Ct), humus substances carbon (CHS) and hot water soluble carbon (Chws). There are no significant differences in quantitative soil organic matter parameters between MT and CT in corresponding depths og cambisol, but slightly greater carbon contents are in CT. Particular parameters values are similar in both technologies in chernozem also. It can be said, that chernozem organic matter in comparison with cambisol organic matter reacts on the tillage technology changes more slowly and with minor rate."@en . .
