The highest (deteriorative) influence for classification to total quality class had crude fibre content according to correlation coefficient for evaluation of grass ensilages r 0,63 (P < 0,05). Biological aditives (inoculants with LAB or with supplement of ferments) more quickly decreases pH in comparison with control ensilage without additives - coliform bacteria are reduced more quickly, higher intensity of pH decline and stop of proteolysis.
