"The naked oats proteins have the highest biological value among the cereals. They have a favourable aminoacid composition and a high level of lysine. In this contribution we assesed the influence of variety, sites and years of cultivation on the content of some aminoacids in naked oat grains. We observed two varieties (Abel, SGK-7555) on four control sites (Nechanice, Kujavy, Hradec nad Svitavou, Krukanice) between 1995 and 1997. The content of aminoacids was determined by column chromatography (instrument aminoacid analyzer T 339 M). The statisticaly insignificant differences in aminoacids content were investigated between varieties in most amonoacids.The statisticaly significant differences in aminoacids content were investigated between sites and years.The results of correlation analysis indicated mostly lower dependence among content of aminoacids and content of nitrogenous compounds."@en . .
