V oblasti komunikace byl prok\u00E1z\u00E1n dobr\u00FD syst\u00E9m p\u0159ed\u00E1v\u00E1n\u00ED informac\u00ED, a to jak na \u00FArovni horizont\u00E1ln\u00ED (sestra?sestra), tak na \u00FArovni vertik\u00E1ln\u00ED (vedouc\u00ED sestra - sestra). Z v\u00FDzkumu vyplynulo, \u017Ee sestry pova\u017Euj\u00ED za d\u016Fle\u017Eit\u00E9 p\u0159ed\u00E1vat si informace mezi sebou (84,2 %), pot\u0159ebn\u00E9 informace dost\u00E1vaj\u00ED v\u010Das (81,6 %) a diskutuj\u00ED o n\u00E1vrz\u00EDch a p\u0159ipom\u00EDnk\u00E1ch t\u00FDkaj\u00EDc\u00EDch se organizace pr\u00E1ce (86,9 %). Z\u00E1rove\u0148 jsou spokojeny s komunikac\u00ED (75 %) a zp\u016Fsobem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ED konflikt\u016F ze strany vedouc\u00ED sestry (64,5 %). Slabou str\u00E1nkou v t\u00E9to dimenzi bylo nezapojen\u00ED \u010D\u00E1sti respondentek do rozhodov\u00E1n\u00ED o chodu odd\u011Blen\u00ED (42,1 %). "The subject of the research examination was mapping of the organizational culture at a selected medical institution in the dimension of the communication and relationship of staff members to their work. A quantitative interviewing method was employed for the implementation of the research examination. The sample group included 76 nurses of the Hospital P\u00EDsek, a. s. Questionnaires were distributed at departments of surgery, internal medicine, gynaecology, urology, neurology and orthopaedics. The choice of respondents followed the intention of the research examination. The examination was performed in February 2011. Questions in the dimension Communication mapped the levels of the horizontal and vertical transfer of information at the working site. Adhering to the time schedule, precision, comprehensibility, completeness and truthfulness of information transferred were furthermore examined. Questions in the dimension Relationship to work concerned the motivation, satisfaction with the occupational environment, atmosphere at the working site and degree of the commitment of nurses to the work. In the field of the communication, a good system of the information transfer was demonstrated at the horizontal (nurse - nurse) as well as vertical (senior nurse -nurse) levels. Research indicated that the nurses considered the importance of transferring information among all of them (84.2%), that appropriate information is timely received (81.6%) and that they discuss proposals and comments concerning the organization of the work (86.9%). They are also satisfied with the communication (75%) and method of solving conflicts on the part of the senior nurse (64.5%). A weak feature in this dimension was lack of involving some respondents in making decisions concerning the department operation (42.1%).
