"New Technologies Research Centre at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen uses middle-sized wind tunnel experimental facility. The need of instant and accurate air mass flow rate determination and instant monitoring led to the home-made construction of the airflow Wilson grid. Such a grid consists of a set of tubes. Tubes are perforated at opposite sides to provide a single differential pressure signal, which is proportional to the dynamic pressure in the duct.
