"Zinc oxide (ZnO) belongs to the group of AIIBIV semiconducting oxides. ZnO is a wide band gap (~ 3.3 eV) semiconductor, which has hexagonal close packed lattice structure. ZnO is suitable in many applications of semiconductor technologies, for example in development of solar cells for its very good transparency in visible region. In this work ZnO:Al thin films were prepared by RF diode sputtering on glass substrates. There were investigated also dependence on structure and optical properties."@en .
