The method is based on alternating, relatively independent solutions of two problems \u2013 the problem of hydromechanics for a urine flow in the urethra and the problem of elastodynamics for a urethra wall. In order to solve single problems requested for a complex problem solution the Finite Element Method was used. Urine flow is modelled as isothermal laminar and turbulent flow of incompressible Newtonian fluid. Urethra and bladder wall are simplified to a nonlinear hyper elastic tube (big displacement and deformation).
