"The present article deals with the use of managerial games demonstrating the principle of the 5S method in teaching. The article describes the game and discusses the benefits of using managerial games and comparing the results of university students and employees who have played these games for corporate training. Lean management applies methods directly in to practice and therefore these methods are simple to simulate and understand in form of the game. Using managerial games is a very effective learning process because players can test their theoretical knowledge and directly compare them with practical experience. According to the results of surveys awarded at the end of the course almost all participants value the usage of management games in learning very positive."@en .
