"This paper deals with the calculation of dangerous inductive effects of overhead very high voltage lines on close steel pipelines, with a focus on refining the input data precision. The problem of evaluating mutual electromagnetic influence very high voltage overhead lines and nearby pipeline systems has high importance not only for the lifetime and operating conditions of both devices, but especially for safety. This paper is about special aspects of this problem. Attention will be paid to a substantial element needed to calculate longitudinal voltage, which is the complete reduction factor, which represents the degree of influence limitation of magnetic field on the affected in earth stored facilities and is dependent not just only on the overhead earth wire and close railway yards, but also on all other parallel in earth deposited metal structures. Commonly used pipeline protection from the effects of the inductive of HV overhead lines is installing parallel of grounding FeZn strap to the protected pipeline. The paper will introduce options for optimal installation position."@en . "978-1-4799-3806-3" . . "Vysoké učení technické v Brně" . . "6"^^ . "Noháč, Karel" .
