"The invention relates to the humidity sensors, especially suitable for the relative humidity (RH) measurement in the range from 20 to 90 %RH at temperatures up to 85 \u00B0C. These humidity sensors consist of phthalocyanine derivatives, which creates a thin sensor layers on the interdigital electrodes deposited on a suitable insulating substrate. Changes of electrical conductivity and impedance of these sensor layers are used for the measuring of relative humidity which the layers are exposed. The changes of electrical conductivity and impedance are in the range of several orders of magnitude.
