One of the ways is direct observation of the structure changes; structural approach. Second is response observation of the deteriorated materials. This is provided due to the electrical parameters measurement. Insulation materials are subjected to fastened aging process. In this case the fastened aging is provided by increasing the temperature to 90 \u00B0C for the times 50 to 3000 hours.
