"It is a technology for machining of thin-walled part made from aerospace aluminum alloy. The base of the technology is to find optimal cutting conditions for monolithic milling tools. The main aim is to reach as high material removal rate as possible with respect to surface quality. Because the manufactured part is both, functional and decorative, the tool paths after machining on the surface must be minimized. The high ratio between part dimension and wall thickness causes that, the part vibrates easily. These vibrations are caused by tool`s tooth when entering the cut and the vibrations could be visually transmitted to the resultant surface.
